Mentorship Program
The SES Network is spreading its wings and is excited to curate another program, “Nurturing the Next Gen – Mentorship Program”, in line with its larger vision of guiding the upcoming talent pool of practitioners in the Indian sports and exercise sciences industry. This also helps address the component of spreading awareness about the opportunities and pathways available to a target population that is genuinely interested in continuous learning and further advance their understanding of this field. Such a setting would also give life to a mentee’s existing ideas and raw skills that can be sharpened and honed with their mentor’s help. Established practitioners chosen as the mentors would share their wisdom and learnings from their experience (both the good and the bad) and provide potential solutions and clarify their mentee’s queries that would help them move towards their goals.

Application Steps
Step 1
Mentee candidate fills in the initial application form (link as seen above) – form collects high level demographic information and 4 general broad answer questions to gauge interest, passion and current contributions. It will also include your CV in the requested template.

Step 2
Screening Applications of shortlisted candidates will be forwarded to the respective mentors for second level screening.

Step 3
Second screening/ interview – An optional second layer that can be decided by the mentor
Estimated duration of the stage – within 5 business days post initial screening
Step 4
Final selection and fee payment – If selected, the mentee candidate will be notified via email and a secure payment link will be sent to them to complete enrollment. The candidates must complete enrollment within a week of receiving the approval email to continue in the program. Upon completion of enrollment, the candidate will connect with the mentor via email for initial conversation and plan their upcoming sessions as per mutual convenience
